Marigor presented to ArtLab Dentistry in early 2015. She had complaints regarding her loose dentures and teeth (Figures 1-4). Marigor had lost self-confidence as she was experiencing an embarrassing odor from her mouth as well as teeth that moved around, and dentures that were so loose that is was almost impossible to chew and eat in public and around family.
Dr. Reshad performed a comprehensive evaluation of Maria’s situation and all of the treatment was planned and designed at the outset. Figure 4 shows how we use a patient approved wax-up to create precision-milled CAD CAM surgical guides for optimal implant placement. Maria needed more implants in the front of her mouth to further stabilize her smile and increase longevity.
